Method 2 To Disable Sign-in Animation Guide in Windows 8

Step 1: Go to Open Registry Editor. In order to do this open Run dialog by all together pressing Windows + R keys, type Regedit.exe and after that press enter key.

Step 3: You would need to create a new DWORD value named as EnableFirstLogonAnimation on the right hand side of yours and set the value to 0 to disable the animation. Close Registry Editor.And you are done!
